Tangerine Ice Cream

An incredibly simple recipe. This dessert will be a real decoration of the festive table. Prepare yourself and share the recipe with your friends!

Ingredients:

● Tangerines — 8 pcs. (250g.),
● Sour cream with fat content of 20% — 400g.,
● Condensed milk — 1 pot.

Directions:

1. Peel the sweet tangerines, divide them into slices and grind them in a blender for 2 minutes.

2. Be sure to pat the tangerine puree through a sieve. This is done to get rid of the peel.

3. Mix sour cream, condensed milk and tangerine juice in the blender. Approximate time — 2-3 minutes.

4. The ice cream mass is ready. Pour it into a plastic container and put it in the freezer. Every hour, get out ice cream and mix intensively, you can with a blender, for 30 seconds. When after the next whipping the mass will become thick and sticky, put it to freeze completely for 4 hours.

5. You can serve this dessert with tangerine syrup. Squeeze the juice of several tangerines and cooked on low heat with 2 tsp. sugar to the formation of a thick consistency. Then cool off.

The original tangerine ice cream is ready.
