Ingredients:

● 8-10 pcs. of tangerines,
● 3 eggs,
● 3 cups of sugar,
● Vanilla sugar,
● 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
● 1 package of margarine,
● 3 cups of flour.

Directions:

1. Wash the tangerines well, pour boiled water and leave for 5-10 minutes.

2. Eggs beat up with sugar, add a package of vanilla sugar, then 1 teaspoon baking soda, slaked with vinegar.

3. Soft margarine (1 packet) chop finely and add to the eggs mixture.

4. Mix everything with a mixer, then add 3 cups of flour.

5. We knead the dough with a wooden spoon.

6. Tangerine grind in a blender, mix with the main dough. Lubricate the cake pan with oil and lightly sprinkle with flour.

7. Bake for about an hour, at a temperature of 250 degrees.
