Summer sandwich for breakfast

Delicious breakfast in Italian style: a ciabatta sandwich with ham, arugula, tomatoes and avocado.

Ingredients:

● Ciabatta 1 pc.,
● Avocado 1/2 pcs.,
● Tomato 1/3 pcs.,
● Butter 25g.,
● Chicken ham 5 slices,
● Arugula several branches,
● Lemon juice 1/2 tsp.

Directions:

1. Cut the ciabatta in half and oil it.

2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

3. Cut the tomatoes into slices.

4. On one half of the ciabatta, lay the rukkola, slices of chicken ham, tomatoes and avocado.

5. Cover with a second half of bread and serve immediately.
