Stuffed Chicken Roll

Stuffed chicken roll is a versatile dish. This homemade dish will perfectly replace the shop sausage. Because it is not harmful, but very even dietary.

Ingredients:

● 1 chicken,
● 500 grams of champignons,
● 100 grams of pistachios,
● 1 onion,
● Vegetable oil,
● Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Remove the skin from the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces of medium size. If the pieces of chicken slightly beat off, the roll will be incredibly soft and tender.

2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, add the mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes.

3. Peel the pistachios from the shell, finely chop and mix with mushrooms and chicken. Add salt, pepper and condiments to taste.

4. Lay the resulting mass on the skin of our chicken, fold and wrap with foil. The roll should be cooked in the oven for 50 minutes. You can serve rolls hot or cold, pre-cut into pieces.
