Struggling with beriberi: Pumpkin Smoothies

There are delicious drinks that can be eaten with a spoon, and by which it is possible and her husband and child to «fill the eyeballs» vitamin reserves!

Ingredients:

● Pumpkin — 70g.,
● Carrots — 30g.,
● Yoghurt — 100 ml.

Directions:

1. Carrots are thoroughly washed, cleaned, scalded with boiling water. Grate the carrots on a grater.

2. Pumpkin cut, remove the seeds from it, peel. Grate the pumpkin on the same grater.

3. Pour pumpkin and carrots in a blender, crush 3 ice cubes (optional), yogurt. And beat all together as it should.
