Soup with meatballs

How to cook a delicious soup with meatballs and the addition of semolina.

Ingredients:

● Potatoes — 500 grams,
● Minced beef — 300 grams,
● Onion — 150 grams,
● Carrots — 150 grams,
● Small vermicelli — 50-100 grams,
● Semolina — 2 tbsp.,
● Bay leaf — 2 pcs.,
● Parsley — to taste,
● Salt, pepper — to taste.

Directions:

1. Minced meat salt, pepper, add semolina, well knead. Make small tight balls.
2. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Carrot clean, grate on a large grater. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes.
3. Pour 2 liters of water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour the potatoes into the water. Add onions and carrots. Bring to a boil, add salt, pepper and bay leaf.
4. Lower the meatballs one by one into the boiling soup. Cook for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs.
5. Add vermicelli, cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add finely chopped parsley, turn off the fire. The soup is ready.
