Soup with Corn and Vegetables

Light vegetable soup with corn is cooked very quickly and it turns out very tasty and useful. I suggest you see how to make a wonderful soup with corn at home.

Ingredients:

• Corn (can be used canned) — 200 grams,
• Potatoes large — 3 pcs.,
• Carrots — 2 pcs.,
• Onion — 1 pc.,
• Bell pepper — 1 pc.,
• White cabbage — 400 grams,
• Peppercorns,
• Bay leaf,
• Bouillon cube (mushroom),
• Salt to taste,
• Greenery,
• Water — 2.5 liters.

Directions:

1. Bring the water to a boil and add the bouillon cube.

2. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add to the broth.

3. While the potatoes are brewed, peel the carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into thin slices, and the onions into small cubes.

4. After 15 minutes, add carrots and onions to the soup. Cook for another 10 minutes.

5. Cut cabbage and bell peppers into thin strips and add them to the soup with corn, bay leaf and peppercorn.

6. Cook the soup until the cabbage is soft. Salt to taste and add finely chopped greens.
