Snail Pie with Cheese and Ham

Snail pie with cheese and ham — original baking, which can be cooked in 30 minutes. For a pie, you can use homemade puff pastry, or you can use the purchased one.

Ingredients:

● 2 rolls of puff pastry,
● 10-16 slices of ham,
● 375 grams or 0,826733(lb) of mozzarella cheese,
● Cherry tomatoes,
● 2 tablespoons oregano,
● Salt and pepper to taste,
● 2 eggs,
● 1 tablespoon poppy seeds.

Directions:

Cut both rolls of dough in half and roll 4 strips on the table.
Lay out for each strip of dough 2-4 slices of ham, pieces of mozzarella, several slices of tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Lubricate the edges with an egg, and then wrap the filling in the dough to make a long roll with stuffing.
Fold it into a ball, spread it on a baking sheet and wrap around it the remaining three rolls.
Lubricate the pie with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake for 45 minutes at 180 °C or 356 °F. Ham can be replaced, for example, salmon or vegetables — for your taste.
