Smoothies "Good morning"

This drink is a great remedy for fatigue. If you are overwhelmed by sad thoughts — this smoothie for you too!

Ingredients:

● Oat Flakes — 30g.,
● Apple juice — 360 ml.,
● Yogurt — 250 ml.,
● Cream — 100 ml.,
● Banana — 1 pc.,
● Apple — 1 pc.,
● Cinnamon — 1 tsp.,
● Nutmeg — pinch,
● Vanillin — to taste,
● Honey — to taste.

Directions:

1. Flakes pour the hot cream and give the brew for 10-15 minutes.

2. Apple and banana — clean, chop.

3. Prepare the remaining ingredients.

4. Fill all the ingredients (except honey) in a blender and stir until
smooth. Then add honey to taste.
