Skewers of chicken with cauliflower

Ingredients:

Meat chicken white — 500 g.,
Cauliflower — 500 g.,
Melted ghee — 50 g.,
Lemon — 1 pc.,
Parsley — 1 bunch,
Pepper and salt to taste.

Directions:

Lemon wash and squeeze the juice out of it.

Chicken meat is washed, cut into small pieces, salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and put in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Cauliflower wash, disassemble into florets, cooked in salted water until half cooked and recline on a sieve.

Pieces of chicken meat and cauliflower florets strung alternately on skewers and grilled over hot coals.

Ready skewers sprinkled with washed and chopped parsley and serve.
