Scotch Eggs

If you like healthy foods that are high in protein, this recipe is very welcome. The dish is incredible! Very nice and delicious!

Ingredients:

● 7 eggs,
● 300 grams or 0,66(lb) of pork,
● 300 grams 0,66(lb) of beef,
● 1 tsp. salt,
● 1 tsp. basil,
● 1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg,
● 800 ml or 3/3 cups of vegetable oil.

Directions:

1. Boil the eggs are not more than 4-5 minutes. Meat clear of veins and excess fat, then make a homogenous finely chopped minced meat. Add the raw egg to the stuffing and knead as it should. Salt and add spices. Stir.
2. Divide the forcemeat into 6 equal parts. From each part, make an oval layer with a thickness of just under 1 cm and tightly wrap the eggs in them. Pay special attention to the seams, they should be lapped and carefully leveled.
3. In a frying pan or a small saucepan, pour vegetable oil and warm well on medium-high heat.
4. Lower the eggs into the oil and fry until brown, often turning. Ready eggs lay on a clean towel to remove excess fat.
