Salad balls

A delicious, tender snack is a great option for a festive table!

Ingredients:

• Pink salmon (canned) — 1 can,
• Potatoes — 1 pc.,
• Carrots — 1 pc.,
• Eggs — 2 pcs.,
• Hard cheese — 70g.,
• Green onions — 30g.,
• Sesame (white) — 4 tbsp.,
• Soy sauce — 1 tbsp.,
• Sour cream — 2 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Cool and clean. Drain excess liquid from canned pink salmon, put into a container and mash with a fork.

2. Add the potatoes to the pink salmon, grated on a large grater, and carrots, grated on a small grater. Mix. Add the cheese and eggs, grated on a fine grater. Mix. Rinse the spring onion and finely chop. Add to the salad paste. Pour the soy sauce. Add the sour cream. Thoroughly mix the resulting mass.

3. Roll the balls from the resulting mass of balls a little more than a walnut. Sesame fry until golden in a dry frying pan. Roll balls in sesame.

4. Put the balls on the dish. Decorate at will. The balls are very tasty, soft and tender.
