Quick Breakfast in a Mug

If you are always late and do not have time to have breakfast before going out, take note of this simple and useful recipe.

Ingredients:

• Low-fat strawberry yogurt — 1/3 cup,
• Whole-baked cookies, crumbled — 1 pc.
• Medium banana, sliced — 1 pc.
• Pineapple juice — 1 glass.

Directions:

1. Fold all the ingredients in a bowl of the blender and beat until smooth.

2. Pour the ready-made drink into a glass and serve immediately, if desired, decorating with fresh fruit.
