Potato pizza with tomatoes and bacon

We cook pizza from potatoes in the oven with bacon, tomatoes, herbs and cheese.

Ingredients:

● Potatoes 750g.,
● Bacon 150g.,
● Tomatoes 500g.,
● Oregano 1/4 tsp.,
● Chopped parsley 1 tbsp.,
● Garlic salt to taste,
● Emmental cheese 250g.

Directions:

1. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Spread out on a paper napkin to make the slices dry.

2. Bacon cut into small cubes and heat from it fat in a frying pan. Put in this fat potatoes, fry about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Wash tomatoes, dry and mix with potatoes and bacon. Evenly spread the mixture on a baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle oregano, parsley and garlic salt. From the top, evenly cut the sliced cheese.

5. Bake the potato pizza in a preheated 200 C oven for 25 minutes.
