Potato pancakes with ham, cheese and greens — how to cook quickly, simply and delicious at home. Step-by-step recipe with photos.

Ingredients:

• Potatoes — 6 pcs.
• Onion — 1 pc.
• Ham — 200 grams or 0,44(lb), 7 oz.
• Hard cheese — 200 grams or 0,44(lb), 7 oz.
• Egg — 2 pcs.
• Dill (finely chopped) — 1-2 tbsp.
• Flour — 4-5 tbsp.
• Salt — to taste
• Ground black pepper — to taste
• Refined oil (for frying) — 3-4 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Peel the potatoes, cut finely onion, dill.
2. Grate on a large grater all the ingredients: potatoes, cheese, ham, onions. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
3. Add raw eggs, dill, flour, mix thoroughly.
4. The mass to the frying is ready. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
5. In a hot oil lay out with a spoon the potato mass, fry over medium heat until golden brown.
6. Turn the potato pancakes over with a spatula, fry them on the other side. Serve hot potato pancakes with sour cream.
