Pie with Eggs and Green Onions

I want to share a recipe for a tasty and satisfying pie with eggs and green onions, which is also easy to prepare and does not require a large abundance of products.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

● 4 eggs,
● Salt to taste,
● 7 tbsp. of flour,
● 1/3 tsp. of baking soda,
● 200g. sour cream,
● 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise.

For the filling:

● 6 boiled eggs,
● Big bunch of green onion,
● Salt to taste.

Directions:

Beat the eggs with salt. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix. Add baking soda and flour. Knead the dough.

For the filling, cut boiled eggs, green onions. Salt and mix.

I cooked the pie in a multicooker, but it can also be baked in the oven. Half the dough pour into a greased bowl for multicooker. Put the filling and distribute the top of the rest of the dough. Cook the pie with eggs and green onions in «Baking» mode for 50 minutes. 5-7 minutes before the end, the pie can be turned over.

Take out and cool the finished pie. A delicious, useful pie with eggs and green onions can be served to the table.
