Pickled Cucumbers on Mineral Water

This recipe is very simple, but cucumbers cooked in this way turn out to be crispy and very tasty. Useful properties of mineral water not only complement the taste qualities of these pickled cucumbers on mineral water, but also make them very useful.


● Small cucumbers — 1 kilogram,
● Sparkling mineral water — 1 liter,
● Salt — 2 tablespoons,
● Garlic — 3 cloves,
● A bunch of dill.


1. Put half the dill on the bottom of the container (pre-rinse).

2. Wash the cucumbers, cut off the tips, fold them tightly into the container.

3. On the cucumbers put the second half of the dill and finely chopped garlic.

4. Separately dilute the salt in the mineral water. Pour this mixture of cucumbers (so they were completely covered).

5. Cucumbers put in the refrigerator. They are ready in 12 — 14 hours.
