Pancakes with Cheese and Greens

The recipe for delicious pancakes with the addition of grated cheese and greens in the dough. Try it — it’s simple and tasty!

Ingredients:

● Flour 300 grams,
● Cow milk — 200 milligrams,
● Water (boiling water) — 200 milligrams,
● Eggs of chicken — 2 pcs.,
● Cheese (hard) — 70 grams,
● Greens (dill, green onions) — to taste
● Salt — 1 tsp.
● Sugar — 1 tsp.
● Baking soda — 1 tsp.
● Vegetable oil — 3 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Add the milk. Mix thoroughly and add flour and soda. The dough turns dense, homogeneous and without lumps. Continue to beat, pour boiling water. Add the vegetable oil.

2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, chop the greens finely. Add cheese and greens to the dough.

3. Cheese and greens mix with pancake batter.

4. Bake pancakes in a hot frying pan. Pour the dough a little to make the pancakes thin.

5. Lubricate the ready hot pancake with butter.
