Muffins with Dried Apricots

Bake on the next weekend muffins with dried apricots, collect the whole family at one table, and you will see how many warmer will be in your house.

Ingredients:

• Semolina — 150 grams or 0,33(lb)
• Buttermilk 1% — 200 ml or 0,8 cup
• Egg — 1 pc.
• Egg white — 1 pc.
• Baking powder — 1 tsp.
• Salt — pinch
• Dried apricots — 100 grams or 0,22(lb)

Directions:

1. Beat egg and protein well.
2. Add salt and baking powder, mix thoroughly.
3. Gradually pour semolina, quickly mixing the dough.
4. Fill the molds (preferably silicone) in the center put dried apricots.
5. Send to a preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170°C or 338°F degrees.
