Light Vegetable Salad for the Holiday

Salad is suitable for everyday table and festive to meat. If you do not like mayonnaise, season the salad with sour cream. But I definitely recommend adding a little garlic to taste.

Ingredients:

● Cabbage — 200 grams,
● Cucumber — 1 piece,
● Carrots — 1 piece,
● Corn canned — 100 grams,
● Garlic — 1 clove,
● Dill — 1 bunch,
● Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp.,
● Salt — to taste.

Directions:

1. Prepare the necessary products. Vegetables and greens wash, carrots and garlic clean.
2. Cabbage finely chop into a deep bowl, salt, lightly crush it with hands so that it starts to drain. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Cucumber cut into thin strips, cut the greens finely.
3. Add the canned corn. Stir everything in a bowl. Garlic chop and combine with mayonnaise. Season the salad.
4. Put the salad on a dish in a serving ring, crush it with a spoon, and carefully remove the ring. Decorate with corn and greens.
