Imperial Casserole

This sweet egg casserole with raisins and lemon zest can be served for breakfast or as a dessert.

Ingredients:

• Eggs 3 pcs.,
• Sugar 1 tbsp.,
• Salt 1 pinch,
• Flour 100g.,
• Lemon zest 1 teaspoon,
• Whipped cream 125 ml.,
• Raisins 3 tablespoons,
• Butter 25g.,
• Powdered sugar for decoration.

Directions:

Separate egg yolks from proteins.

Whisk egg yolks, sugar and salt whisk until foamy. Add the sifted flour and lemon zest.

Mix the whipped cream with the egg-flour mixture. Proteins beat up to a thick foam, along with raisins add to the dough.

Lubricate the baking dish with butter, pour the dough and put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees at medium level. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve to the table, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
