Homemade Shortbread Cookies

Shortbread cookies will be an excellent addition to tea or coffee and it’s not a shame to treat guests!

Ingredients:

● 1 can of mayonnaise,
● 2 pcs. eggs,
● 1 tbsp. sugar,
● 200 gr. margarine,
● 1 tsp. vinegar baking soda,
● 4 cups. flour.

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Knead the dough and put it in the cold for 2-4 hours.

2. Then divide the dough into 4-6 pieces. Each part is rolled into sausage and to divide into pieces. Then roll into balls.

3. Grease the baking tray with oil and lay the balls. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes, until light golden color.

Cookies with the addition of mayonnaise are ready!
