 Homemade cutlets with ginger: an unusual recipe for a family dinner

Even regular cutlets can be cooked unusually, adding just one ingredient. An unusual taste is guaranteed!

Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet 1 kg.,
• Bread 200g.,
• Cream 200 ml.,
• Egg 1 pc.,
• Salt to taste,
• Black pepper to taste,
• Ginger 80g.

Directions:

Meat is well washed and chopped in a meat grinder.

Fresh ginger is peeled and rubbed on a fine grater.

White bread is crushed and poured with cream. Add the crushed ginger. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

Mix the minced meat, bread and ginger mass, egg, pepper and salt to taste.

With wet hands we form cutlets and fry them in warmed vegetable oil on small fire from both sides.

Ready cutlets can be served to the table, and you can put a slice of tomato on top, sprinkle with crushed hard cheese and put in a preheated oven 200 °C for 10 minutes. In this case, you will receive a festive version of the dish from the usual cutlets.
