If for any reason you do not eat mayonnaise, it can find a worthy replacement — a sauce, which is not inferior mayonnaise, but on the contrary, it is more useful.

Ingredients:

Replace mayonnaise on sauce:
● 3 tablespoons olive oil,
● 1 tablespoon lemon juice or cider vinegar,
● 1 tsp mustard,
● 7 tablespoons sour cream,
● salt and pepper — to taste.

Directions:

1. Mix until smooth butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
2. Add the sour cream and mix.
3. Suitable for all salads that require mayonnaise. You can smear on sandwiches.
