Health drink — gingery lemonade!

Ingredients:

● Two large lemon
● A piece of ginger root (about 10-15 cm)
● A glass of sugar
● Two liters of chilled drinking water.

Directions:

Lemons are thoroughly wash, ginger clean. Cut lemon and ginger into large pieces and ground in a blender. We spread all in a jug, fill with water and insist hour. Add the sugar and filter.

Ginger lemonade — a storehouse of vitamins and an ideal means to enhance immunity!
