German Quark Donuts

Quarkballchen — They are made relatively quickly, a wonderful and tasty dessert.

Ingredients:

● 1 can of condensed milk,
● 4 eggs,
● Half a teaspoon of soda, extinguished with vinegar,
● About 500g. of flour,
● Vegetable oil for frying,
● Sugar powder for sprinkling to taste.

Directions:

Mix eggs with condensed milk, add soda and flour, vinegar, and flour, mix, knead a not very steep dough.
Roll the resulting dough, cut into small pieces and roll into a ball.
Fry the prepared balls in a frying pan in preheated vegetable oil until golden brown.
Spread ready-made donuts on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Then donuts roll in sugar powder to taste and serve on the table.
