Freshly-salted cucumbers on mineral water


Freshly-salted cucumbers get very crispy, if you use carbonated mineral water as a brine.


● 1 kg of small cucumbers,
● Carbonated mineral water — a liter,
● Salt — 2 table. spoons,
● Garlic — three cloves,
● Bunch of dill.


At the bottom of the container to lay out half the dill (pre-wash).
Cucumbers are washed, cut the ends, folded tightly into a container.
On cucumbers lay out half dill and chopped garlic.
Separately, dissolve the salt in mineral water. Pour this mixture of cucumber (so that they are completely covered).
Cucumbers put into the refrigerator. Will be ready within 12 — 14 hours.
