French Chicken Rolls with Mushrooms and Cheese

French chicken rolls with mushrooms and cheese — a great hot appetizer for any festive table.

Products (for 4 servings)


● Chicken fillet — 4 pcs.,
● Champignons — 100g.,
● Cheese — 200g.,
● Sunflower oil.
● Milk
● Seasoning

Marinade for chicken:

● Mayonnaise — 2 tbsp.,
● Juice half a lemon (you can vinegar),
● Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp.,
● Salt,
● Sweet pepper,
● Ground laurel leaves — 1 tsp.,
● Turmeric — 0,5 tsp.


1. The fillet is washed and well beaten. Mix with the marinade and let it brew for 30 minutes.
2. Champignons washed, cut into slices.
3. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
4. On the fillet lay mushrooms, cheese. We wrap it in rolls and fasten it well with toothpicks.
5. Fry until golden crust on sunflower oil on both sides.
6. Then we put it into the preparation mold and fill the chicken rolls with diluted muggies with milk.
We put either in the oven for 40 minutes, or in the microwave.
7. Sprinkle with grated cheese, and for another 10 minutes leave in the oven.
8. Finished chicken rolls with mushrooms should cool down a little, after which we take out toothpicks and cut them across the rounds.
Garnish is rice or vegetables. We serve the table with gravy, in which chicken rolls were prepared.
