Energy Balls with Berries

If you limit the consumption of sweet, then try replacing the usual candy with such cool energy balls with fresh berries. Believe me, it’s incredibly tasty and useful.

Ingredients:

• Berries (at your choice) 100g.,
• Oat flakes 80g.,
• Coconut flour 35g.,
• Coconut flakes 3 tbsp.,
• Coconut oil 1 tbsp.,
• Salt pinch,
• Maple syrup 2.5 tablespoons.

Directions:

1. Put the berries and oat flakes in a blender. Add maple syrup, salt, coconut flour and coconut oil.

2. Beat everything until smooth. If necessary, you can add 1 tsp. water.

3. From the resulting mass, roll down small balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Before use, put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

4. Ready balls to keep in the fridge in an airtight container no more than a week.
