Dietary Carrot Cake

Low-calorie carrot cake with cottage cheese cream according to Pierre Dukan. If you do not stick to a diet, you can take sugar powder instead of a sugar substitute.

Ingredients:

● Egg 1 piece.,
● Oat bran 2 tbsp.,
● Corn starch 1 tbsp.,
● Carrots 100g.,
● Low-fat milk 4 tablespoons,
● Baking powder 1/2 tsp.,
● Sweetener to taste.

For cream:

● Soft cottage cheese 200g.,
● Sweetener to taste,
● Lemon zest to taste.

Directions:

1. Oat bran to grind in a coffee grinder. Carrots grate on a small grater.

2. Beat the egg, add the bran and milk. Mix. Add starch, baking powder, sugar substitute and carrots, mix.

3. Bake in a well-heated frying pan for 3-4 minutes, turn over to the other side and cook for 3 more minutes. Transfer to the plate.

4. Beat cottage cheese together with sugar substitute and lemon zest.

5. Cut the cake layer into four parts. Lubricate them with cream and collect the cake. Lubricate the top with cream and, if desired, decorate with nuts.

6. Send to the fridge so that the cake is soaked.
