Detox Smoothie Cocktail

This detox smoothie cocktail recipe will be a delicious healthy breakfast. Cocktails of fresh fruits, vegetables, berries and herbs will help to cleanse the body at times better than any medicaments.

Ingredients:

• Apple juice — 300 grams or 0,66(lb)
• Lemon — 1/2 pcs.
• Ginger (small root) — 10 grams or 0,02(lb)
• Spinach — 50 grams or 0,11(lb)

Directions:

1. Mix apple juice, half lemon juice and spinach in a blender.
2. Peel and grate the ginger root.
3. Add the grated root to the blender and beat again.
4. Pour the smoothies into water glasses and drink freshly prepared.
