Ingredients:

● Potatoes — 2-4 pieces,
● Vegetable oil,
● Curry — 0.5 tsp.,
● Salt to taste,
● Ground black pepper,
● Onion — 1 pc.,
● Garlic — 1 clove.

Directions:

1. Wash potatoes, wrap in food film and put in microwave at 600 W for 2-3 minutes.
2. While the potatoes are still hot, peel and cut into large portioned pieces.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the finely chopped garlic and onions, add potatoes, butter, curry powder and salt.
4. Fry until golden and serve, sprinkling with black pepper.
