Crispy Meatballs

Meatballs are good for everyday meals, because such a dish is ready in 20-30 minutes. Such balls can be baked, fried, stewed, cooked in sauce or gravy — it always turns out so delicious!

Ingredients for 15-20 pieces:

● 300 grams minced meat,
● 300 grams of puff pastry,
● 1 onion,
● 1 potato,
● 1 yolk,
● Salt, pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Mix the forcemeat, grated onions, grated potatoes, salt, pepper. Make meatballs.

2. Defrost the dough, but not to the end, cut into thin strips and wrap the meatballs.

3. Cover the baking sheet with oiled foil, lay out the meatballs and grease them with yolk.

4. Bake for 40 minutes at 200 ° C.
