Cottage cheese cheesecake with cookies without baking



For the base:

● 140g chocolate Oreo cookie with chocolate filling,
● 30g of melted butter.

For the cheese filling:

● 400 grams of cottage cheese,
● 200g of melted white chocolate
● 150g of cream 33%
● 2 pieces of finely crumbled Oreo cookies,
● 1 tbsp instant gelatin.
● Whipped cream and strawberries for decoration.


1. Cookies with butter grind in a blender until the mixture is similar to wet sand. It rammed the bottom of the split ring shape or confectionery. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Soak gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold boiled water for the time indicated on the package.
