Coconut Cookies

Easy to prepare, interesting to taste — a tropical, fragrant coconut cookies.

Ingredients:

• Flour — 100g.
• Sugar — 100g.
• Coconut Flakes — 200g.
• Eggs — 2 pc.
• Baking powder — 1 tsp.

Directions:

1. Eggs beat up with sugar.

2. Add the coconut flakes, stir.

3. Add flour with baking powder, mix again.

4. Remove the dough into the refrigerator for half an hour.

5. Hands moisten with water and form a dough cookies.

6. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
