Chopped chicken cutlets



● Fillet — 1 kg
● Green onions — 70 g
● Egg — 1 pc.
● Flour — 1 tbsp. l.
● Sour cream — 1-2 tbsp. l.
● Garlic — 3 cloves
● Salt — to your taste
● Pepper — to taste
● Vegetable oil for frying


1. Finely chop fillet knife. Add the egg, chopped onion, garlic, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper.
2. Mince need to mix and fight off blindly right size patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. The first side over high heat, the second on a low.
