Chocolate cake "Arabian Tales

We are sure that such a cake will not be left without attention of your guests and relatives!

Ingredients:

For the dough:

● Cocoa — 4 tablespoons
● Butter — 150 grams
● Sugar — 150 grams
● Eggs — 2 pieces
● Flour — 250-300 grams
● Baking Powder — 1 teaspoon
● A pinch of soda

For the cream:

● 1 large lemon
● Sugar — 200 grams
● Butter — 150 grams
● Semolina — 4-5 tablespoons
● Milk — 200 ml.

For the glaze:

● Milk or bitter chocolate — 200 grams

Directions:

1. In a saucepan pour out the sugar, add the eggs and mix until a thick white mass. Then add cocoa and mix until a uniform color is obtained.

2. In another container, stir the flour, soda and baking powder. Rub into the dry mixture of butter and mix. Add the beaten eggs to the resulting mixture with sugar, stir until the dough acquires a consistency of thick sour cream.

3. In a baking dish, greased with butter, pour half of the dough obtained and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked (about 35-40 minutes). We remove the prepared cake from the mold and cool it. Bake in the same way the second cake. Each of the two crusts is cut with a sharp knife into two parts.

4. Prepare the cream. Lemon is cut in half, we extract bones and together with a skin we scroll on a meat grinder. We beat soft butter and sugar, add a scrolled lemon. In a glass of cold milk we cultivate a manga, pour it into a saucepan and cook thick semolina porridge. We cool the porridge. Then we mix well the oil cream and the cooled porridge

5. In a dish for the torus, we apply 2 tablespoons of cream and spread the first cake. Lubricate the cake with cream and lay out the second cake. Similarly, we lay out all the cakes. The uppermost cortex is not to be coated with a cream.

6. Chocolate to break into small pieces and melt in the microwave. In it you can add a little butter and hot cream. Then the resulting chocolate mass is slightly cooled and poured into the cake. Leave it at room temperature for a couple of hours, and then wait a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
