Chicken Cutlets with Cheese

These tender chicken cutlets with cheese and greens will be loved by adults and children.

Ingredients:

● Chicken breast — 500g.,
● Bread — 200g.,
● Milk (warm) — 1/2 cup,
● Butter — 6 tablespoons,
● Salt — 1/2 teaspoon,
● A pinch of pepper,
● Breadcrumbs — 1/2 cup,
● Garlic — 1 tooth,
● Sunflower oil — 1 tablespoon,
● Cheese — 100g.

Directions:

Pour the bread with warm milk. Chicken finely chopped. Pass a chicken, a soaked loaf and garlic through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper and mix stuffing.
