Cheesy Crepes with Parsley

Those who like to have breakfast with warm Crepes, we recommend a recipe for delicious Crepes with greens and cheese.

Ingredients:

● Flour — 1 cup,
● Cow milk — 1.5 cups,
● Hard cheese — 150g.,
● Eggs of chicken — 2 pcs.,
● Parsley — 1 bunch,
● Baking powder — 1 tsp.,
● Sugar — 1 tsp.,
● Salt — 1 tsp.,
● Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.,
● Butter — 50g.,
● Garlic — 1 clove.

Directions:

1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Wash the parsley, dry it well, chop it finely.
3. Sift flour.
4. Squeeze the garlic through a press.
5. Beat eggs with a mixer with salt and sugar to a foam.
6. Milk slightly warm, pour in egg mass and mix well.
7. Then add flour and baking powder, beat again.
8. Pour the cheese, garlic, chopped greens and pour in oil.
9. And again mix well with a mixer.
10. Fry the Crepes with a frying pan heated and oiled (once!).
11. Pour the finished Crepes with a little butter (if desired).
