Caprese from cherry tomatoes

Caprese traditionally prepared in Italy. In this recipe Caprese is made from two kinds of tomatoes — red and yellow.

Ingredients:

● Yellow cherry tomatoes 100g.,
● Red cherry tomatoes 100g.,
● Mozzarella mini 100g.,
● Green basil 1 sprig,
● Salt, ground pepper to taste,
● Olive oil 2 tbsp.

Directions:

1. Tomatoes and basil wash and dry. Tomatoes cut in half with a sharp knife.
2. Put the tomatoes on a plate with balls of mozzarella.
3. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Garnish with basil and serve snacks to the table.
