Not sure if this spend a lot of money on expensive fruits and vegetables. There are tools available that improve the immune system, which cost little and bring immense benefit. Especially if you prepare from them a very useful drink.

Ingredients:

● Kiwi fruit,
● Yogurt,
● Cinnamon.

Directions:

Prepare a simple drink. Take one ripe kiwi fruit, wash it under hot water, cut and remove the hard part. Then chop the fruit without removing the peel and add it to a glass of fresh yogurt. Fill the cinnamon drink (on the tip of a knife) and stir the contents of the glass.
