Banana Cake

Learn how to make a banana cake at home so that everyone says «Wow». The cake is very tasty, tender and fragrant.

Ingredients for 12 servings:

● 5 eggs,
● 200 grams of sugar,
● 300 grams of mayonnaise,
● 1 can of condensed milk,
● 2 cups of flour,
● 1 bag of baking powder,
● 3 bananas,
● 150 grams butter for cream,
● 0,5 can of condensed milk for cream.

Directions:

1. Eggs beat with sugar until thick foam.
2. Add mayonnaise, condensed milk, flour mixed with baking powder.
3. Mix everything well.
4. From the received dough to bake 3-4 cake layers, depending on the size of the form.
5. At a temperature of 170 degrees centigrade, bake the cake layer for 15 minutes.
6. While the cake layers are cooling, prepare the cream.
7. To do this, chop the bananas.
8. Whip the butter with condensed milk.
9. Add crushed bananas to the cream and mix well.
10. Lubricate the cake layers with a lot of cream.
11. The top of the cake and sides should also be greased with cream.
12. Decorate the cake with pieces of banana, almonds and coconut chips.
13. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
