Baked Potato Crisps in Parmesan Breading

A recipe for snack from potatoes — for lovers of quick and tasty solutions.

Ingredients:

● Potatoes 0,5 kg.,
● Eggs chicken 2 pcs.,
● Parmesan 150g.,
● Salt to taste,
● Pepper to taste,
● Garlic (fresh / dried) to taste.

Directions:

1. Peeled potatoes cut into slices.

2. Beat the eggs with a fork.

3. Parmesan grate, add spices.

4. Potato slices dip in the egg, then in cheese breading.

5. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees to 30 minutes until cooked.

Quick snack is ready!
