Baked Fish in Milk

Cooking of baked fish in milk is not as common as other methods, however, having tried at least once, many begin to give it preference.

Caloric value: 67 kcal per 100 grams

Ingredients:

• Fillet of telapia / cod / haddock or other favorite fish — 500 grams;
• Milk 1.5% — 100 milligrams;
• Greens to taste;
• Salt, spices to taste.

Directions:

1. Defreeze the fish. Then rinse it thoroughly.

2. In the milk we add seasonings, salt to taste.

3. Mold for baking to cover with foil, we put there a fish, fill it with milk. Do not wrap the foil! The fish should remain open.

4. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

5. We send it to a preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees until cooked.

6. It turns out extremely tender and delicious.
