Baby Cottage Cheese Cookies

Baby cottage cheese cookies — this is the simplest composition, nothing superfluous, to prepare in a matter of minutes. The cookies turn out to be tender, fragrant and very tasty.


● 150g. of butter,
● 200g. of cottage cheese,
● 250g. of wheat flour,
● 100g. of sugar.


1. Cold butter mash with sugar and cottage cheese. Add flour and quickly knead the dough.

2. Roll the dough into food film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

3. I make the dough in the evening and in the morning I bake cookies. And I sometimes add a couple drops of vanilla essence.

4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough 3 mm thick, cut the cookies and put them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper.

5. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.

On an amateur: you can sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon.
