Asian Turkey Meatballs

A recipe for spicy meatballs with nuts and dried cranberries in spicy saffron sauce.

Ingredients:

● Turkey thigh meat — 500g.,
● Dried bread — 2 tablespoons,
● Pistachios — 30g.,
● Dried cranberries — 30g.,
● Green onions — 3 feathers,
● Dill — 2 branches,
● Egg — 1 piece,
● Cumin — 0.5 tsp.,
● Coriander — 0.5 tsp.,
● Chicken broth — 250 ml.,
● Saffron pinch,
● Lemon zest — 1 tbsp.,
● Flour — 1 tbsp.,
● Salt, pepper to taste.

Directions:

1. Prepare minced meat from turkey, add chopped green onion, salt and pepper.

2. Pistachios and cranberries chopped with a knife.

3. In the mince add egg, nuts, cranberries, dill, spices, dried bread and mix well.

4. To form meatballs the size of a walnut. Fry them until golden brown and set aside.

5. In the oil where the meatballs were prepared, add a spoonful of flour and lightly fry.

6. Pour broth, add a pinch of saffron and lemon zest.

7. Put the meat balls in the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.
