Apple & Pear Fritters

Serve these autumn fritters for breakfast with sugar powder and raspberry jam.

Ingredients:

● Apples 2 pcs.,
● Pear 1 piece,
● Egg 1 piece,
● Sour cream 100g.,
● Fatty cream ½ cup,
● Wheat flour 3 tbsp.,
● Sugar brown 1 tbsp.,
● Olive oil 1 tbsp.,
● Pinch of salt.

Directions:

1. Cut the apples and pear into cubes (do not rub on the grater!).

2. Combine the egg, sugar, salt, cream and flour.

3. Add the diced fruit to the dough, mix everything.

4. Heat the frying pan, grease with olive oil and a spoon to spread fritters.

5. Fry on both sides and spread on a plate with a paper towel to remove excess fat. Serve with sour cream.
